Return And Refund

At Quality Auto Parts Upline, we specialize in supplying high-quality automotive parts. Because vehicle parts require proper fitment and handling, we maintain a clear and fair Return & Refund Policy to protect both our customers and our business.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Item received is defective or damaged
  • Item received is incorrect (wrong part shipped)
  • Item is unused and in original packaging
  • Return is requested within 7–14 days of delivery

⚠️ Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components (ECUs, sensors, wiring parts)
  • Used or installed parts
  • Special order or custom-made parts
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Parts not in original packaging

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Include photos or video proof of the issue (required for damaged/defective items)
  4. Wait for approval and Return Authorization (RMA)
  5. Ship the item back using the instructions provided

⚠️ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

  • Be in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories
  • Be free from installation marks, damage, or wear

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we made an error)

If the return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours
  • If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover return shipping

8. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply in certain cases (up to 15%) if:

  • The wrong item was ordered by the customer
  • The item is returned in non-original condition
  • The return is not due to our error

9. Refund Delays
